The Phalha Manor
帕拉庄园是目前西藏保存最完好的奴隶主庄园，位居十二大庄园之列。帕拉庄园属贵族庄园，本片从帕拉庄园少庄主罗布次仁和当年的家奴的现实生活切人，反映了帕拉庄园的历史变迁和当年庄园里生活的人们新旧社会冰火两重天的生活状况。
The Phalha Manor is the best preserved manor in Tibetan. It was owned by the nobility at the beginning. This chapter concentrates on the life of the serf owners and the serfs in the past and documents the great changes having taking place since the democratic reform was started in 1959.
罗布林卡
Norbu Lingka
罗布林卡，一个凝聚着西藏历史与文化的建筑园林。公元18世纪中期，第七世达赖喇嘛在拉萨郊区建立了第一座宫殿，从此，罗布林卡成为历届达赖喇嘛的夏宫，建筑规模也随着历届达赖喇嘛的扩建不断扩大。本片通过对罗布林卡的详尽拍摄，为观众展示了罗布林卡深厚的文化内涵。
Norbu Lingka is a typical Tibet-style garden. In the 18th century the Seventh Dalai Lama chose a piece of land on the suburbs of Lhasa to build his summer palace and the resort has been constantly expanding ever since.
